Article I

Name

The name of our organization is Nelson Park Addition Neighborhood Watch of Decatur.

Article II

Purpose

Our organization will work towards improving our neighborhood and organizing our neighbors so that we may make our neighborhood a save living environment.

Article III

Membership

Our members will consist of people living in the Nelson Park Addition Area.

Article IV

Officers

Our officers will consist of President, Vice President 1 and 2, Secretary/Treasurer, and a Sergeant of Arms.  We will also have a Board consisting  of all committee chairman.  A term of office will consist of two years with and limited to two consecutive terms in office.

Article V

Meetings

Our meetings will be on the first Tuesday of each month unless otherwise agreed upon.

Article VI

Amendments

Amendments will be passed by a 2/3 majority rule.  They will be brought to the committee 10 days prior to a meeting.  Amendments will be decided upon within 60days.
